    We also accept U.S. Postal money orders and business checks made payable to: MISSION PAWSABLE (Please write your order number on the memo line of your check/money order). *Sorry, no personal checks accepted -- NO EXCEPTIONS.* NOTE: All orders are shipped within one (1) business day (except Sundays and holidays) upon receipt of money order payments. Orders paid with business checks will ship once the check clears. Any returned checks will be subject to a $35 penalty fee.

  • MISSION PAWSABLE ships to all domestic and some international destinations.

    Our shipping method is via the U.S. Postal Service. UPS by special request. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the shipping weight and destination of each order.

  • MISSION PAWSABLE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for Georgia residents.



  • Return Policy

  • We are committed to provide our customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days and we will either exchange it or give you a refund (excluding any shipping fees). This return policy applies if item is returned in its original (new) condition and has not been used.
    NOTE: Please notify us prior to returning merchandise. *Sorry, this does not apply to custom orders*

    Store Credit: Store credit will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase.

    Exchanges: One exchange per item is allowed. Each exchange thereafter will incur a restocking and/or shipping and handling fee of $12.00. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returned items for exchange or refund. MISSION PAWSABLE is not responsible for returned packages lost in shipping. We suggest that you insure the return item and request delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

    Custom Orders: Please measure your pet as accurately as possible. We cannot issue refunds, accept returns or exchanges on any personalized or custom items. Please feel free to contact us, if you have questions.
